Terms of use

Islora is a macOS application made and sold by Özgür Kılıç, an individual developer in Istanbul, Türkiye ("I", "me"). By downloading, installing or buying Islora you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose; if anything is unclear, write to support@islora.app.

License

When you buy Islora you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on up to three Macs that you own or control. The license is for you; it may not be sold, rented or shared. The software itself stays my property.

Business use is fine. If a company needs licenses for several people, each person needs a license.

Trial

You may use the full application free of charge for 14 days from first launch, to decide whether to buy it. After the trial the parts that need a license stop until a license key is entered. Your data on the Mac is kept.

Purchase, taxes and invoices

Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes the payment, charges any applicable VAT or sales tax and issues the invoice. Lemon Squeezy's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Details are in the refund policy.

Updates

All 1.x updates are included with your license. The app can check for updates itself; you choose whether and when to install one. A future major version may be sold separately; I will say so clearly if it happens.

What you may not do

• Share, resell or publish your license key.
• Remove or bypass the license check.
• Decompile, modify or redistribute the application, or use it to build a competing product.

No warranty, limited liability

Islora is provided as it is. I do my best to keep it reliable, but I cannot promise it will be error-free or suit every setup. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from its use, and my total liability is limited to what you paid for your license.

Privacy

Islora collects no personal data and has no analytics. What little goes over the internet is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and a change never takes away a license you already bought. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
