Refund policy

Islora has a free 14-day trial so you can try everything before you pay. If you buy it and it still is not for you, you can have your money back.

How it works

• Ask within 14 days of your purchase. Any reason is fine; you do not have to explain.
• Email support@islora.app from the address you bought with, or include your Lemon Squeezy order number.
• I answer within two business days and the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• When the refund is issued, your license key is deactivated.

After 14 days

Refunds are not normally given after 14 days, but write anyway if something is wrong: if Islora does not work on your Mac and I cannot fix it, I will refund you regardless of the date.

Chargebacks

Please write to me before opening a dispute with your bank; a refund request takes a day, a dispute takes weeks for both of us.
